Heather Morgan and Alex Nikolovski have now formed Morgan Alexander Consulting. Together they have had over thirty years combined experience in the training and facilitation field, both in the corporate and community sectors, primarily through the work undertaken in the management of the Aidsline and Hepatitis Line telephone counselling services. Since these services ceased operation in July of 2007, they have decided to form there own consulting service because they still maintain a passion about education and training.
"Our training style is firmly based on adult learning principles. Our facilitation manner of working is interactive and we believe flexibility and participant involvement are key components in running a successful workshop or training program. Our approach is professional, enjoyable and is responsive to the needs of those in each particular group.
